At Pierre Fabre, our purpose has never been clearer than in the past several weeks and months. As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to have an increased global impact, our hearts go out to all of those who have been impacted. As part of a pharmaceutical company and Foundation-led organization, we place global health care at the very center of our mission.
As the COVID-19 situation develops, the safety and well-being of our communities are our top priorities. Like you, we are taking precautions and have implemented plans to ensure that our employees and customers are kept safe and healthy.
We know how stressful this time can and will be for all of us and continue to recommend, and will share inspiration for self-care in the hopes of providing you with a welcome escape from the news.
In addition, our fulfillment centers have implemented new protocols in order to keep employees and customers as safe as possible. All equipment and work areas are being cleaned and disinfected multiple times per day. Associates are wearing gloves and are being advised to remain at the recommended 6ft of distance at all times. If an instance of COVID-19 is reported within the building, there are stringent procedures in place to ensure the facility will be deep cleaned in line with CDC recommendations.
We have put safeguards into place to protect our distribution center employees. As a result, delivery times and wait time for our Customer Service team members may be slightly longer than normal.
