Shipping Information

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders. Klorane ships within the 48 contiguous U.S. states plus Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.

Most orders ship via UPS Mail Innovations* and are shipped within 1 – 2 business days depending on product availability.

*UPS Mail Innovations works with the U.S. Postal Service, providing the pick-up, processing and interim transportation of mail. Then, final delivery of your package is made by the U.S. Postal Service.

Most orders shipped via Standard Ground are processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days, depending on product availability.

Business Days & Holidays

Klorane orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays:

• Memorial Day
• 4th of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas Day
• New Year's Day

Restricted Products

Certain items considered hazardous materials include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, etc.) are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations.

If an order contains one of the following products, the entire shipment will ship by ground. Please note that delivery to some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.

• Klorane dry shampoo with oat milk (except eco-friendly version)
• Klorane dry shampoo with nettle
• Klorane tinted dry shampoo
• Klorane mango oil spray
• Detox Dry Shampoo with Aquatic Mint
• Keratin Strength Fortifying Spray

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses at this time.
