where it's from
Klorane’s mangos are cultivated in Costa Rica, Haiti and the Dominican Republic where the fruit is harvested by hand and the mango pits are sun dried and cold pressed to extract a nourishing butter. Klorane utilizes the pit which is usually discarded demonstrating our commitment to using co-products as a key ingredient.
how it works
Klorane selected Mango for its kernel which is rich in fatty acids. Our cold pressed mango butter is scientifically shown to provide nourishment and hydration to dry, dehydrated hair. We found a use for a part of the plant that is usually thrown away after consumption: the pit, reinforcing our commitment to utilizing co-products as key ingredients.
