BALANCING SHAMPOO WITH GALANGAL: Apply to wet hair. Gently massage into scalp, then rinse. Gentle enough for daily use.

EXFOLIATING MASK WITH GALANGAL: Use mask 2x a week for 1 month as a treatment in place of regular shampoo during a flaky scalp period.
